Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, I learned to cook by watching my grandma and my father cook for our family. I have always cooked for my loved ones and shared my recipes with friends. I was inspired to start my business after bringing chicken to my co-workers. Their suggestions to start selling chicken got me thinking, I have the talent, the community, and the ambition. Why not?
